The Sr. T &E Analyst will assist in developing and implementing procedures targeting measurable and sustainable efficiency improvements and spending reduction related to all aspects of T&E. 


General Functions/Specific Responsibilities


    • Develop  Assist in developing and improving current processes to ensure compliance with the Corporate T &E Policy by implementing procedures to efficiently review and audit expense reports and reduce the risk of misappropriation of Company funds.
    • Provide  support to employees relating to the use of expense reporting system
    • Communicate with Corporate Card Holders (as well as other departments such as Accounting, Finance, Compliance, HR, etc.) on all issues related to their expense reports and their account including, flagged expenses, non-compliance with Corporate policy, delinquency fees, unpaid personal balances, etc.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting requests to Auditors, US Accounting or Corporate Finance or other internal or external partners.
    • Perform Month-end Close processes for T&E, Purchasing Cards and Meeting Cards
    • Lead,  Partner with the US Accounting department on  the global implementation of Concur 


  • 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or Business administration preferred 
  • 3-5 years T&E expense experience, audits or accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and present financial data
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and control (policy violation) concerns
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, customer-oriented
  • Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement and efficiencies
  • Understanding of importance of internal controls and segregation of duties
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Concur a plus
