  • Overview

    This position will be responsible for the preparation of Customer Contracts  and assist in all areas of Contract Development. Will field questions and help resolve issues from various areas (Field Sales, Customer Service,) related to the products/services offered. 


    • Individual will support the salesforce in the  preparation of  Individual Contracts and Pricing Agreements
    • Review expired contracts for renewals
    • Set up Product Kits
    • Responds to Customer Contract Issues
    • Prepare Cross References and Pricing Files
    • Assist the Contracts Department in various projects  as assigned


    • Requires understanding of contract language, business negotiations and basic financial analysis. Strong PC skills with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Proficiency in and CPQ .Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or 3 Years Ophthalmic Office Experience in Lieu of a Degree 
    • Minimum 3 years office experience, working in a professional customer service, sales or marketing function.
    • Have strong communication skills and be able to operate numerous Microsoft Applications. Proficiency in Peoplesoft, and CPQ preferred.
