    We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team in (either) Bridgewater, NJ or Rochester, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of legal review and approval of commercial contracts in compliance with the company’s standard operating procedures. This position reports to our Vice President, Assistant General Counsel.


    • Provide legal review of contracts, including supply agreements, vendor agreements, managed care agreements, pharmacy and product purchase agreements, rebate agreements, IT agreements, clinical trial agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements and confidentiality agreements
    • Draft and assist as necessary with negotiation of commercial agreements
    • Work independently in collaboration with business partners to assure business needs are met while protecting the company’s interests and analyzing / mitigating risk
    • Negotiate with outside parties when and as appropriate
    • Provide contract analysis and summaries, and ensure contract execution accomplished in accordance with company policy
    • Ensure proper execution by approved signing authorities


    • Undergraduate degree/diploma from an accredited post-secondary school institution required
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or contract administrator required; paralegal certificate a plus
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and PC skills are essential
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
    • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
    • Must have strong writing and verbal communication skills;
    • Should be results oriented
    • Must focus on needs of Internal Customer

    Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

    • Office work - extended sitting
    • Occasional travel, as needed
