  • Overview

    Role of the Manager/Sr. Analyst, Trade Relations is to support the Order Monitoring Process for key accounts, maintain contract invoice reconciliation for Customer Agreements, as well as support the Manager of Pricing

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions: Order Monitoring

    • Manage a direct customer order to cash process and manage the weekly orders and inventory levels; as well as complete follow-up informational calls or emails and provide guidance of open orders, and work closely with the Warehouse to ensure orders are processed
    • Ability to extract and combined multiple orders and inventory metrics within excel
    • Ability to calculate inventory metrics and other calculations as needed for proper order management
    • Reconcile Customer Agreements for invoice processing
    • Ensure SOPs  are maintained 

     

    Essential Functions:  Pricing

    • Responsible for managing all US pricing actions for Branded Rx, Gx, Aesthetics, Contact Lens, Vision Accessories, OTC and Consumer products in Valeant’s ERP system
    • Set- up/Maintain/Update WAC/List Price for all products
    • Maintain Pricing History, Product Files, and Customer Contracts files
    • Manage all documents related to pricing actions/changes per SOx control procedures 

    • Communicate Product and Pricing changes to pricing Compendia

     

    Other Areas of Responsibility:

    • Resolves issues and answers questions with highest degree of quality and accuracy in accordance with company vision and values. Ethically and responsibly complies with all company standards, guidelines, standard operating procedures and all applicable laws.
    • Proactively identifies areas of opportunity and presents them to team leadership.
    • Utilizes reports to monitor, track, and ensure completion of work as needed.
    • Exercises sound judgment and discretion in routine decisions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
    • Works with other departments.
    • Accurately documents all account interactions and adjustments for internal and external audits
    • Maintains confidential information including, but not limited to, proprietary corporate information, specifications of products, product information, customer information, and personal performance.

    Qualifications

    Candidate Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred

    Candidate Experience:

    • Preferred 1+​ year of experience in Healthcare
    • Required5+ years progressive development and experience in applicable business roles required; candidates with Trade experience in the home office data analytics skills strongly preferred
    • Preferred Customer Account experience within a pharmaceutical Trade Customer Relations Department
