    Information Management is a key capability required to become a data-driven organization and enable digital transformation at Bausch Health. In this role, you will ensure Bausch Health leverages data as an asset. The position will be responsible to effectively communicate and apply interpersonal skills to educate, negotiate and align processes and data programs with business stakeholders across the divisions. This position will be a part of our growing information management team with the ability to mature our capabilities and provide timely, accurate and reliable data to analytics, reporting and downstream system consumptions. This person must be comfortable in operating in a fast-paced "startup" type environment. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director, Information management.

    Responsibilities

    • Leads Data Governance Council cross-functional director level meetings to negotiate and gain approval of data issue resolution, metric definitions, metadata and policies currently under review. Independently develops agenda, leads to consensus and publishes results.
    • Lead and deliver solutions that cut through multiple data processes (Payer, Formulary, Payer contracting, Rebates, Coupons, EDI direct/indirect sales data, EDI 844 data, Data aggregators, Segmentation, Data Change Requests, Sun-Shine Act reporting, Business Insights, CRM, ERP etc.)
    • Define and Govern rules for data values and structure, and user access
    • Manage and track required third-party data access agreements.
    • Provide coordination of operational process enhancements.
    • Act as business lead for Payer/Contract/Formulary Master data management, Reference data management and Market Access/contracting/pricing Data Mart capabilities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical cross-functional teams such as IT, Market Access Sales and Marketing, Pricing & Contracting, Compliance, and Legal.
    • Responsible for the communication and change management plan for information management related issues and resolution.
    • Contribute building information management related policies, standards and framework for data governance.
    • Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
    • Engages with the industry to learn about best practices to help in building excellence in customer data

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree in business-related discipline preferred
    • 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
    • 6 + years of demonstrated data project management in the enterprise landscape to deliver end to end master data, metadata, process and data asset ownership;
    • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry data (IMS, Rebates, Payer spine, Contracting, ModelN, MMIT, SP Pharmacy & Hub Model, etc).
    • Effective communication and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing projects at the same time;
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, PowerPoint and SQL writing capabilities to investigate the data anomalies across various systems;
    • Successful with attention to detail and adaptability to change;
    • Strong interpersonal skills with values of Leadership, Integrity, Flexibility and Efficiency;
    • Technically independent to drive efficiency in the management of data assets.
