Performs all warehouse-related functions including shipping, receiving, material handling and inventory control. Responsible for supporting the cycle count program. Coordinates the logistics of sterilization loads and FG shipments to the DC. Responsible for replenishments to the production floor in order to support production.
Manages the logistics of sterilization loads and FG shipments to the DC including the processing of product into inventory and documentation for export shipments.
Perform receiving activities such as unloading trucks, processing receiving paperwork, receiving product against purchase orders, and labeling the product.
Supports the cycle counting program and annual physical and investigates any large variances in production or the warehouse. Report any inaccuracies.
Initiates investigations into causes of damages, shortages or overcharges for freight. Starts the claims process and communicates with finance, purchasing and trucking companies.
Operates material handling equipment for movement of any product through the warehouse on into production. Runs replenishment reports to determine daily replenishment requirement.
Move pallets in and out of Final Packaging as needed.
Supply components to Manufacturing as needed.
Make cardboard boxes for Final Packaging.
High School Diploma.
Ability to pass TSA security check, security screening training and FDOH compliance training.
Must become certified to operate material handling equipment.
Basic computer skills, knowledge of Excel, ERPlx, and CAMs.
3 - 5 years in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of ERPlx and Excel highly desired.
