Setup, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance to manufacturing equipment in an aseptic and non-sterile environment. Operate the manufacturing equipment during production runs. This position requires Aseptic Gowning Certification. Assume responsibility for GMP, ISO, EHS procedure awareness and compliance within the respective area. Perform training of all new technicians for set up, change over, aseptic technique and preventative maintenance in Filling and/or packaging areas. Coordinator for the certification program, technicians certification audits, certification interviews and certification documentation. Tracks and improves material variance, quality indicators and line efficiencies.
High school diploma plus Mechanical/Technical Training.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of high speed equipment.
Good mathematical skills.
Able to work quickly and under pressure.
Good written skills.
Must be detail oriented and quality conscious.
Must have ability to train, coach and teach others.
