We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in using technical compensation and benefits skills to meaningfully impact business objectives. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Equity. Responsible for the administration, support and delivery of Total Rewards programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employees.
Bachelor degree required. Three to five years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation and/or benefits programs. Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
