    We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with good analytic skills, attention to detail, and interest in using technical compensation and benefits skills to meaningfully impact business objectives. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Equity. Responsible for the administration, support and delivery of Total Rewards programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides direction and support in the development, design, and daily administration of benefits and compensation plans.
    • Collaborates with leadership on benefit and compensation development and support development of recommendations and communications for implementation of new programs or the modifications of existing programs.
    • Serves as the primary daily administrative contact for Benefits.
    • Manages day to day Leaves process
    • Supports activities associated with open enrollment
    • Monitors eligibility files and works with vendors to resolve any errors that occur.
    • Responsible for evaluations of job content to determine grade, title, pay, and FLSA exemption status based on job analyses, internal equity and market competitiveness.
    • Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market. Makes recommendations concerning revisions to compensation programs, policies and practices in the context of the total rewards philosophy of the enterprise.
    • Partners with management on annual incentive administration, annual merit review, rewards and recognition, communications and training, and market survey analysis
    • Research, collect, and analyze data for compensation decision making purposes, including market pricing for internal and external comparisons and participation in salary & benefits benchmarking surveys.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor degree required. Minimum 3+ years of experience working in compensation and/or benefits with the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation and benefits programs.  Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

     

    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:

     

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
    • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required, with exceptional logical thought processes and deductive reasoning ability.
    • Knowledge of the benefit and compensation regulatory environment.
    • Knowledge of defined contribution and Health & Welfare administrative processes.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues.
    • Effective verbal and written skills with strong customer focus.
    • Ability to organize, set priorities, completes multiple projects within established deadlines and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
