The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for assisting in various areas within the Accounts Payable Department.

Responsibilities

General Functions/Specific Responsibilities

 

    • Entering invoices scanned into the Omniflow system (Indexing)
    • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation
    • Provide audit support as requested
    • Responsible to ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures as they relate to accounts payable
    • Assist with AP month end closing and audit request
    • Assist with special projects as needed

 

Level of Authority: This position deals with highly sensitive and confidential information. 

Qualifications

 

 

    • 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work both independently or in a group
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Experience with PeopleSoft preferred
    • Excellent verbal and writing skills required
    • Outstanding customer service and service orientation
    • Process mindset with focus on continuous improvement
    • Willing to commit to long hours during the month end/quarter end close
